Covid-19 Vaccination camp for Age group 15-18

The Govt. of India has started Vaccination Drive for the age group of 15 to 18 years of children since 03/01/2022. 

In this regard, we wish to inform you that MPS Pratap Nagar, Jaipur is organizing a Vaccination Camp.

The details are as follows:

Date: 12th January 2022

Time: 10.00 am to 2.00 pm

Venue: MPS Pratap Nagar Jaipur.

Please note the following points:

1. Registration in COWIN APP is mandatory. Students to carry the photocopy of Aadhar Card, mentioning the Registered Mobile No.& the COWIN reference ID.
2. Takes proper breakfast before coming for vaccination.
3. Govt. has granted permission for Co-vaccine for this age group.
4. In case the registration on COWIN App has not been done, please carry a Mobile handset ( for OTP purposes) and an Aadhar card for on-spot registration.
5. In view of the increasing no. of Covid cases, we all are expected to follow COVID- Appropriate behavior (CAB).
6. We request that only one person (mother/father) accompany the student for vaccination.
7. After vaccination, rest for some time is advisable.
